What would It Be Like to Be the Smartest Person in the World?
I think if I became the smartest person in the world, I could do homework very fast. And I would have a lot of time to play. I would get good grades on all tests, too. I think I would be happy, but I think it would not be fun. The reason is that I could not work hard to do anything. It takes only short time to do all the work. I think it is boring. I like to do works that is hard for me and I would do my best. I think it is exciting.
If I became the smartest person in the world, I would be a teacher, I would invent a good way to teach my students and make my students as smart as I am. And they would be teachers and they would use my way to make more students become the smartest persons in the world.

這篇文章是六年級的鄭伯俞Nemo的作品，他的文章總是令人驚豔，就連外籍老師也讚美不已。Nemo是個對自己要求甚高的孩子，從文章裡就可以看出他喜歡挑戰自己，並全力以赴做任何事情，的確，他不管是在學校或者是美語班的課業都較其他人付出更多的時間。 他每天自動自發念一個小時的英文，背單字、複習課文、寫作文。他的作業不是交差了事，而是真正的花腦筋去思考內容，並細心地寫下每一個句子。因此，Nemo的文章錯誤很少，並且有內容又有想法。就像Sunny Kids’的教材於Let’s Go 5之後就讓孩子用英文學知識一樣，我們希望他們在足夠的句型練習過後，能運用英文來表達自己的想法，讓英文真正的成為實用的語言。希望各位家長持續的支持與配合，相信我們一同讓孩子體會「英文在學科以外的價值」。
